On-Call Contract
The On-call contract helps those companies which don’t have a large number of PC and hence do not require an AMC. We cover from extended machine warranty to network support and call-out packages. No more worry on service support and down time during office timings, our standby response team is specially setup to serve our customer and to trim down their mission critical operation. What this gives you is unsurpassed reliability and the confidence that your systems and networks are in the safest hands possible. One ‘incident’ covers a single failure, whether we spend 5 minutes or several visits to resolve a problem.
Indoor and Onsite repairs
GNS provides Indoor and Onsite repairs of Computers, Printers, Monitors and other Computer peripherals. We service all computer equipment regardless of its brand or models. Our Engineers are trained and experienced to rectify any faults.
